The over-sized & over-loaded cargo is any subject which impossible to transport neither in covered vehicle nor in container (in other words in standard types of transport), because of especially big sizes, weight or specific features.
Turbines of power stations, boilers, petrochemical and building equipment, construction and agricultural machinery, over-sized reservoirs, industrial machine tools, long-length pipes and beams, the various technological equipment, architectural compositions – such cargoes possible to transport only by special transport.
